Victoria Street Linear Park Enabling Works

Stockman General Contractors completed enabling works for Auckland Council’s Te Ha Noa, Victoria Linear Park project, installing future-proofed 22kV, 11kV, and 400V power infrastructure for Vector. As the first contractor on-site, Stockman General Contractors worked ahead of Auckland Council’s main contractor, ensuring seamless coordination. Stakeholder engagement was a priority, with Stockman General Contractors working closely with Vector and Auckland Council to keep businesses and residents informed. Under the 'dig once' approach, Stockman General Contractors also undertook site investigations for a Watercare project, optimising efficiency and reducing future disruptions.
