Manukau Health Park P1, P2, and P3 Infrastructure Upgrade

Stockman General Contractors was awarded a $20 million contract as the principal contractor for enabling works at Manukau SuperClinic. The project included the relocation and upgrade of stormwater infrastructure, installation of detention tanks, swales, and water gardens, and construction of a high-availability potable water system with tanks and pumps. Additional works involved HV ducting, fibre networks, bulk excavation for new car parks and roadways, and the installation of a car parking entry system and security cameras. Operating within a live hospital environment, SGC developed an offsite facility and integrated haul road system to streamline operations and reduce disruptions, an approach that was so effective it remained in use after project completion.
