ADHB Power Supply Upgrades

Stockman General Contractors was engaged as the principal contractor to install approximately 1.6 km of ducting for Auckland Hospital’s 20MVA power supply upgrade, including a 50m section installed along Grafton Road Bridge. The project required coordination with Auckland Transport and the University of Auckland to align construction phases with key stakeholder requirements. Work involved joint bay excavation, backfilling, and the specialised reinstatement of concrete steps and pavement surfaces. The project is set for completion in September 2024, ensuring Auckland Hospital’s new feeders are fully operational.
